Sleep Inn Asheville-Biltmore West

Tbh, had a really nice stay in a long time. Fairly clean hotel, liked to be near to restaurants, Asheville, downtown thanks to perfect location. The staff was absolutely courteous and helpful, the breakfast offered was warm with plenty of food.

The hotel is fairly clean, with pleasant personal, and offers unbeatable location really close to the interstate and downtown and the Biltmore and the Biltmore.

The staff were courteous, the breakfast was delicious and everything was wonderful. The room was clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. Our bathroom was best and we liked it.

The staff is professional here, the services are good, and location is ideal adjacent to the interstate, farmers market.

I liked the fine staff and the good food. The breakfast had a great selection of options and included fresh fruit, hot waffles and eggs. That was pretty standard hotel set in downtown area, just next door to the expressway, the Biltmore and farmers market.

The venue has well-kept rooms, compassionate staff and location is brilliant. It's within walking distance of The Hungry Bear Cafe, I tried nice desserts there.

Every detail was incredible, including staff and location, I loved how neat the hotel was. They made my stay really lovely. I booked a room with a big bed, Wi-Fi, coffee and climate control. Glad that the weather was glorious, so I could enjoy its nice pool.

Secure location, well organized staff and decent prices. I loved that lobby had aquarium. Had access to its wifi, it was complimentary.

Grand old hotel, centrally located, large breakfast, elegant bathroom, good beds. The room was decent size and decent size, had facilities we needed. The staff that checked us in was exceptionally wonderful. A small in-house restaurant was open on site. We loved their attentive customer service too.

The lobby was neat and fairly clean. Got spotless, nice sized room with a single king-sized bed. Food was absolutely delicious, drinks were hot. The simple check-in process too. Such wonderful stay, no complaints, we would definitely recommend.

Convenient location, the room was great, warm. The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and gave me recommendations on places to see. I was offered a room with beautiful views of the mountain. The beds were really comfy. Thanks to an exceptional service I had a perfect stay. Furthermore, I had no problems with free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Overall, it's fantastic base for exploring Asheville attractions. The restaurant had wonderful food.

We would definitely come back there, as the hotel met the purpose. The room was so large. The breakfast was above average, we appreciated pancakes and hot waffles.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
